Return Policy
Due to a personal nature of the product we sell, we are unable to offer a standard return policy, but we still want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
If the item is returned due to manufacturing defects or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after the package has been delivered. Proper inspection of the packaging and the product is strongly recommended upon arrival. When you receive your package, please check the content to make sure your new dolls has arrived intact. We will replace any missing or damaged elements, or replace the complete unit. Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days to the address provided by our customer support team. Items returned without original packaging will not be replaced or exchanged so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. We sell personal health products, therefore we cannot process or refund any items that were used or modified in any way.
